Molly Samuel-Leport MBE

I am honoured to be selected as the GLA Conservative Assembly Candidate for Brent and Harrow.

My parents are of the Windrush generation and if they were alive today they would be overjoyed to see me selected for this election. When they came to Britain they settled in London, I see this result as coming home.

I am a former Karate Champion and a world gold medal winner. I hold other world and national titles. Though, I consider my greatest achievement to be my family; my daughters and my husband have supported me in this 100 percent.  Currently, I work as a teacher for Crisis the homeless charity teaching vulnerable homeless people the knowledge and skill they need to succeed in rebuilding their lives.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who voted for me to be your GLA Conservative Assembly Candidate in the 2020 Mayoral elections as well as the other fine candidates who I am really looking forward to working with. I believe your concerns are being ignored by your local councils and the current Mayor therefore I will work with local Conservative Associations activists and representatives, as well as the Mayoral candidate Shaun Bailey to ensure that your concerns are listened and addressed.
