Another block at Frontenac? Brondesbury Conservatives say no to over development

Brent Housing propose a four storey block of flats within the perimeter of Frontenac, Donnington Road.

Loss of privacy, overlooking & the loss of the communal washing line which is heavily used by the residents and means an awful lot to them. It is the only bit of space left and it is heavily used by the residents. They are also concerned about the noise and dust when building work begins.

Frontenac is medium sized social housing estate on Donnington Rd, Nw10. Its hard to see why Brent Council should support the removal of the small amount of communal space that the residents have to cram in another block.

Carol, John and Bertha will continue to work with residents to get this scheme dropped.
