Cllr Brian Coleman AM

London Assembly Member Brian Coleman

Brian was first elected to the London Assembly in 2000. He is one of the most prominent Conservative politicians in the Capital. Always an outspoken champion of his constituents, he has campaigned over issues such as excessive basement development and the persecution of  motorists. Brian is an advocate of strong law and order policies, and an ardent defender of maintaining suburban policing levels. Brian is currently Chairman of the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority, and recently took on the militant Fire Brigade Union over shift patterns, winning a battle of wills, and facing down strikes.

A supporter of conservation areas like Hampstead, Brian also supports protecting strategic views across London. If you have any issues relating to Transport for London, the police, major strategic planning applications or other London wide subjects, please get in touch.
